The night runs to a written sequence
Units arrive, yard walked
Crew signs in with your night security. Vehicle list confirmed against the ones actually parked, and anything missing is logged before work starts.
Wash cycle, vehicle by vehicle
Two-stage exterior, interiors to the contracted scope. Wash water is captured and removed, so nothing enters your yard drainage or a storm inlet.
Yard cleared and reported
Crew off site before the first roll-out. Your transport manager gets the completed list, exceptions and photographs by 6 am, every morning.
