Terms of service

VahaanSpa is a doorstep car-care service in Bengaluru. A crew comes to where your car is parked and details it there, using the service and options you chose when you booked.

Use your own mobile number and accurate details, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.

You can delete your account at any time. See deleting your account.

• Prices are shown before you pay and include GST.
• While you check out, your slot is held for 10 minutes.
• We give you an arrival window rather than a single time.
• Every visit gets a GST invoice, which you can find in the booking.

Tell us where the car is parked and how to reach it: the parking type, any height limit, and whether a gate pass is needed. The crew works from those details. Before and after each visit the crew photographs the vehicle, as a record of its condition.

You can cancel a booking in the app or on this website until the crew is on the way. After that, call us on +91 80 4800 1997.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details. Any refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it. The full policy — what happens if we cancel, if we cannot start, or if the work is not right — is on the cancellation and refund page.

A plan covers one vehicle. What it includes, and how pausing and unused visits work, is shown on the plans page and in the app when you subscribe.

Tell us as soon as you can. We will look at the visit’s photos and records and work out with you what happened.

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. The version in force when you booked applies to that booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
