Delete your VahaanSpa account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app or on this website. You will need your password. Deleting cannot be undone.
01In the app
Open the Account tab, choose Delete account, and enter your password.
02On this website
Sign in to your account, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
03If you cannot sign in
Call +91 80 4800 1997 or email hello@vahaanspa.in from the mobile number or email on the account. We will confirm it is you, then delete it.
04What is deleted
- Your name, mobile number, email address and password
- Your saved vehicles and addresses
- Your GST details
- Every signed-in session, on every device
05What we keep, and why
Records of past visits: the booking, the payment and its GST invoice, and the crew’s photos and notes from the visit. GST law requires us to keep invoices and the records behind them. After deletion these records no longer show your name or number.
06Before you delete
A booking that is still on the books, or a plan that is still running, has to be cancelled or ended first. The app will tell you which one.
07Crew accounts
Accounts for the VahaanSpa Crew app are set up by the ops team, and closed by them too. Ask your ops lead, or call or email us using the details above.
