Address, parking level and the height posted at the ramp. We ask once and keep it on the car, so the second booking is two taps.
The bay drives to the car
If there is a tap we can share, we use it — it costs you a few rupees of water. If there is not, the unit works off its own supply. Power and steam are always ours, and wash water is captured and taken away: nothing runs into your drain or the society's harvesting inlet.
Two stages, by hand
Decontamination before anything touches paint. Two-bucket wash, pH-neutral foam, plush microfibre. Inside: steam, extraction, then ozone with the cabin sealed for thirty minutes.
Handed back with the evidence
A message when the crew is fifteen minutes out, and again when it's done. Before and after frames and the GST invoice arrive in the app.

Not a wash. Wheels and arches first, then a chemical pre-soak, foam, and a contact wash with separate mitts for the lower panels. Iron and tar come off. Glass, trim and tyres dressed. Finished with a three-month sealant so the next fortnigh
The method was not learned on cars. It was learned on buses.
We came to cars from commercial passenger vehicles, where a vehicle has to be turned around overnight and be spotless before the first passenger boards at dawn. That is a harder standard than a weekend car wash, and it is the one we work to.

Two things we ask before you pay
A cancelled visit costs you a morning and costs us a slot. Both questions exist so neither happens.
The height posted at your ramp
The unit stands 2.3 m with the canopy. If your basement is posted lower we use visitor or ground-level parking instead — we just need the number first.
Room around the car
About 1.5 m each side, so the doors open and the crew can work. A car boxed between two pillars cannot be detailed properly.
