Everything we do to a car, and what each step is.

Prices are inclusive of GST for a sedan in Bengaluru. A hatchback is less and an SUV is more; the booking shows your figure against your own car before you pay.

A service is the visit

One of the packages below is what the crew comes to do. It is a complete piece of work with its own time on site and its own price, and every booking has exactly one. Pick the service first; everything else hangs off it.

An add-on rides on it

Extra work done on the same visit — a headlight restoration, an engine bay, a sanitisation. An add-on is never booked on its own, because the crew is already at your car for the service; that is why it costs what it does. Some are offered only on certain cars, and the booking shows which once it knows yours.

Not a wash. Wheels and arches first, then a chemical pre-soak, foam, and a contact wash with separate mitts for the lower panels. Iron and tar come off. Glass, trim and tyres dressed. Finished with a three-month sealant so the next fortnigh

What the crew does

  • Passport Core: customer declaration at booking, crew verification on arrival
  • Recall Passport and run delta check against current vehicle state
  • On delta: raise Passport amendment (new version), re-photograph, re-quote
  • Exterior soil grade S1/S2/S3 with evidence photo of worst area
  • Bonded contamination grade F1/F2/F3: bag test + iron spot + tar count
  • Wheel soil grade W1/W2/W3 and wheel finish sensitivity re-confirm
  • Paint condition grade P1/P2/P3 under inspection light, multi-angle
  • Protection state PR0/PR1/PR2 by water behaviour test
  • Hazard flag and location: biohazard, sharps, fuel/oil, infestation, glass
  • Confirm water source, effluent route and site conditions on the day
  • Confirm power source and noise window
  • System resolves Work Order: task list, chemical set, dilution levels, time, price delta
  • Customer approval of Work Order and any variation, in app
  • Cordon, cones, wet-floor signage, hi-vis on all crew
  • Deploy containment mat and berm where drain is storm / soak / none
  • Set sump pump to grey tank; verify no run-off past the berm
  • Power up: shore inlet (63A 3-ph or 15A 1-ph) OR 10 kVA genset start
  • CO monitor on and reading, before any combustion appliance runs
  • Water connect: site tap or onboard 225 L tap tank; log tap and RO start levels
  • Pressure washer prime, nozzle select, unloader check, hose run
  • Chemical bottles verified against Work Order dilution levels
  • Tool crib open; eligibility latch confirms blocked tools stay locked
  • Deploy work lights and inspection light; verify shade or canopy
  • Brake and wheel temperature check before any chemistry
  • Wheel face and arch pre-rinse, low pressure, top-down
  • Arch and tyre pre-spray with alkaline degreaser at graded dilution
  • Arch liner and lip agitation
  • Tyre scrub: remove old dressing and sidewall blooming
  • Wheel cleaner application, finish-appropriate
  • Wheel face, spoke, barrel and lug recess agitation
  • Rinse wheels and arches, top-down, all four corners
  • Tar and adhesive removal on lower panels, sills and arch lips
  • Pre-rinse whole vehicle top-down at correct standoff

  • Blow-dry: panel gaps, mirrors, badges, grille, wheels, shuts
  • Towel-dry the panels top-down
  • Confirm surface prep: no oils, no filler, correct temperature and humidity
  • Apply protection per tier: spray sealant / wax / SiO2 / ceramic coating
  • High-spot inspection under light immediately after each panel
  • Glass clean and hydrophobic coating (windscreen and fronts)
  • Trim, rubber and seal dressing, UV, non-greasy
  • Tyre dressing, edges wiped, no sling
  • Exhaust tip clean and polish
  • Cure control brief and aftercare card: no water X hrs, no wash 7 days
  • Door shuts, hinges and weather seals: spray, brush, wipe
  • Inspection-light sweep of the whole body at three angles
  • Common-miss checklist
  • High spot, streak, sling and residue check
  • Functional check: lights, wipers, warning lamps, seat and mirror positions, clock
  • After photo set, same 12 angles as the before set
  • Crew Lead sign-off (delegated authority, no founder approval required)
  • Customer walkaround and digital acceptance
  • Aftercare card issued: cure times, wash interval, warranty terms, next-due dates
  • Passport updated: work done, products used, dilution levels, readings, next due
  • Grey water transferred to waste tank, volume logged, zero storm-drain discharge
  • Genset shutdown, fuel level and hour meter logged
  • Pressure washer flush, nozzle inspect, unloader and hose check
  • Chemical bottles rinsed, residual volume logged, next-job decant predicted
  • Microfibre segregated into colour-coded bags
  • Tool count against crib manifest, latch closed and sealed
  • Consumption entry: chemicals ml, water L, fuel L, pads, towels, media
  • Fault, damage or near-miss report raised where applicable
